  2.     MAIL ALIAS QUERY

  6.     You can use this program to find specific mail aliases. You can
  7.     search for hostnames, alias names, user names, etc. Once your query
  8.     is successful, you can then modify, delete, view, or copy the mail
  9.     alias.
  10.  
  11.     When you activate this program, the window on the following page
  12.     will appear.
  13.  
  14.     This search must match all fields to get a successful match. The
  15.     fields in this window have a logical AND relationship. Blank fields
  16.     always match. You can also negate fields with the ! character (e.g.,
  17.     !Joe).

  19.     Fields
  20.  
  21.     This window contains the following fields.

  23.     Hostnames
  24.  
  25.     If you want to limit the search to specific hostnames within a pool,
  26.     enter those hostnames in this field. If you are using multiple
  27.     entries, leave a blank between each entry.

  29.     Alias names
  30.  
  31.     If you want to limit the search to specific mail aliases, enter
  32.     those names in this field. If you are using multiple entries, leave
  33.     a blank between each entry.You can also click on the arrow button to
  34.     the right to bring up a pick list of all the recognized mail aliases
  35.     and make your selections from there.

  37.     User names

  39.     If you want to limit the search to specific users, enter those user
  40.     names in this field. If you are using multiple entries, leave a
  41.     blank between each entry.

  43.     # of members
  44.  
  45.     Use this field to specify how many members are in the alias. Enter a
  46.     whole number between 1 and 100. Or you can specify a range by using
  47.     a dash(-), e.g., 10-20.

  51.     This window contains the following buttons.

  53.     Execute Search
  54.  
  55.     Once you've selected your search criteria, click on the Execute
  56.     Search button. If you click on this button without filling in any of
  57.     the fields, all mail aliases will be displayed. A window similar to
  58.     the Mail Aliases Configuration window appears with the results
  59.     listed.

  61.     Clear Fields

  63.     Click on this button to clear the existing choices in all fields.

  67.     Click on this button to discard any changes and close the window.
